Email league sim notifications

I have some glitch or something going on where I'm getting the emails saying the sim has been completed for leagues that I am not even in. In the last 4 hours or so I have almost 30 emails from MFN and am only in 2 leagues.

I saw that too, I think I have it under control now (MFN-48 just ran and sent the correct number of emails)
