The slow guys just don't make plays like the fast guys. My 4-3 RDE plays WLB in a
3-4. The LDT becomes the NT and the RDT is the RE. The weights are set for each position and i see no difference in playing faster DES of the slower DTs in the 3-4. The slow guys just don't make plays.

I am looking in to it as my fast DTS are like 12yrs in the league and most incoming rookie DTs, oline men , and QBS are not fast like they used to be.

Also noting 3-4s should have 318 pound plus DTs. So my strategy is quite arbitrary. I just wish there were more plays out of the 3-4. Or more plays in general.
