Offensive Play: Shotgun 5 Wide WR Curls
Defensive Play: Quarter Normal Man Short Zone

Shouldn't this be a safety? Qb is in the end zone and the offense gets a holding penalty.

It's based on where the player called for holding is, not the QB.

I think you are right WE, but it was called on 52 and he is in the end zone.
