This is a great time to get a team as you will be able to build it from scratch! If you don't want to wait for the draft, though, check to see if there is a team in an established league that you can take over.

What I find so annoying is missed chip shots that should be a given.

Talk to Stephen Gostkowski about it. In case you missed it, he left the Pats last year where (in his career) he had four full seasons where he missed less than 4 kicks.

First game for new team - three missed FGs and a missed PAT.

And he still got to be the hero as he kicked the game winner as time expired!
