Wr getting put to Qb1

In my mfn 11 team, Henry Gates got put to Qb AND slid on top of Cam Newton to steal His Qb1 spot.
39 pass attempts none catched 5int. 0Qbr
So m'y 5-0 team Lost the game to an A.i 0-5 team lol.
How is that possible ?

Same thing just happened in MFN 11 with John Baptiste being put Qb4 since I don't know when... Atleast this time it's In the back end of the chart but still, this cannot happen again at Qb1... Imagine that happening in the playoffs or a playoff deciding game.
