This league has just begun! Because this is a new league, it will be a few days before the allocation draft begins (the countdown timer above shows when the first pick will fire). This is a great time to get a team as you will be able to build it from scratch! If you don't want to wait for the draft, though, check to see if there is a team in an established league that you can take over.

How is this a first down?

Punt is partially blocked, goes out of bounds without being touched again kind of sort of near the line to gain for the first down and somehow the result of the play (no penalties) is a first down for the punting team.

In the spirit of good sportsmanship, it should be noted my quarterback promptly throws an interception on the next play to give the opponent the ball where they pretty much should have had it anyhow...
