Penalty on last play game-winning FG

I got robbed (by the refrees)
Down by 1, last play.
Game winning FG good, but an offensive holding is called.
Game ends without replaying the down
What the heck?
I lost the game!

From what I read here (Section 8), the half is not extended on an offensive penalty unless the defense requests it:

This is actually correctly handled. The game is only extended on a defensive penalty. It is never extended on an offensive penalty.
