Watching that once and super fast...only thing I can think of is the sim engine considered him to still be running, bounced off a tackle and kept churning to gain 2nd effort yardage.

But, yeah, if that was me in a critical point of a game I'd be upset, too...!

I'd love to hear what JDB says. Forward progress nods or a non-wrap up, 2nd effort run.

I've never seen that before, though.

I believe the engine considered that he re-established himself as a runner.
