Backup QB comes in for no reason

With 2 minutes left on the clock and my team desperate for the game winning TD, my team substituted my backup QB in for no apparent reason.

My starting QB didn't even get hurt. This could have screwed me over greatly and really hurt my desire to continue playing. Hope this doesn't happen to anyone else ever

That's nuts. I hope whatever caused it is fixed pretty quick. I'd be mad.

What do you have your max fatigue set at for QBs in your MISC gameplanning?

I just had a weird game where a backup QB showed up out of nowhere and started playing. (non-injury) This may be a bug or I didn't investigate deeply; maybe it's a timeshare QB situation. :)
