i cut that player in the 2018 Midweek 1 which i had to cut to get down to the limit of 53 players though i have 1 player on injured reserve.

Reason i think this is a BUG is i just looked at his opinion of me which is VERY UNHAPPY and know he is on Chicago yet we ran into this problem before from another thread

I know this is a long shot but if Chicago doesnt resign him or even cuts him lets say then really by that comment above i could try to sign him and he would be on my team yet again

So i guess what i am saying is shouldnt his view of me be LIVID knowing i cut him or at least be LIVID??

Because if not then i would think that really in THEORY someone could cut a player instead of trading a player because the CUT player will be very unhappy or unhappy with that person awhile the player who traded would be LIVID so no chance of getting back together.

So to JDB if you think this isnt a bug then you could at least make him LIVID at me or some point of no return where i could NEVER get him again either thru free agency or a trade??

i've noted that players you originally sign for a very high salary and subsequently cut end up being much more upset than players you originally sign for 'squat' and then cut. These players will often immediately re-sign.
