Customize Stadium in Custom League Logic Error

I'm trying to customize stadiums, but I'm getting an error saying it must be built before 1900 but after 1920.

I'll remove the minimum, I guess there's no reason to block having a stadium built before 1900.

Wouldn't it be cool to build a Medieval League! Wooden stadiums, cool plate mail helmets and shoulder pads. No dragons though! :)

The Roman Colosseum would be a nice venue for a game.
