Am I missing something?

But then there is a penalty and it says holding by the Jax (the defense) and then lists #55 of Jax as the one penalized. BUT Jax keeps the ball?

I know I don't normally pay too much attention to the text that is posted that explains the penalty, so maybe this is not new?

Yes, it would say defensive holding if it were before.

Ooooh, I get it. The defense was holding during the return of the INT. Where's Ed Hochuli to explain these things?
