Same as MFN30, I have reset it to run the correct FA week again tonight.

Are you resetting all the signings in week 2 FA? 5 minutes in the middle of the night is not ideal to try and adjust your FA strategy after the first round of signings.

No, because technically there wasn't time between the sims for anyone to make new offers and the back-to-back run only increased the probability that players would sign to the previous offers. I did reset it to run week 2 a second time tonight.
