Offsides Declined

4th and 5 - FG attempt good, but penalty for offsides against opposition. Surely NJY should have accepted as it would have given a first down?

Looks like that's the case. Look at where the yellow line is in respect to the hash mark vs. the blue, you'll see it would be about a quarter yard short with the 5 yards.
