This is a great time to get a team as you will be able to build it from scratch! Set personnel based on play type

I'd like to set who is on the field based on play type as opposed to formation. For instance, I have a FB I drafted last year that is a bruising runner, but his speed is non-existent. I wanted to use him for inside runs in short yardage situations, but when I put him in based on formation, he was only ever used on outside runs for some reason, which became terribly unsuccessful—the opposite of what I wanted.

Also, lets say I have a LT who has a 100 Pass protect, and 0 Run protect. I would use a different LT for most other plays that is more well rounded, but would love to throw this guy in on obvious passing downs.
