Preseason Game #1 Injury Rate

...should be at most 74%, not 100% in ALL leagues.

Player conditioning not built up, not fair to mangle 'em when people have spent a ton of time setting up for a season.

You can preset it to 74/100/100/100 to maintain what you want but the first game needs to be at 74%.

I'd like to see OT eliminated for pre season "just like the NFL".
