This is a great time to get a team as you will be able to build it from scratch! If you don't want to wait for the draft, though, check to see if there is a team in an established league that you can take over.

I dont think that most of those teams in trouble are sabotaged. It's mostly an honest mismanagement problem.

I think some gamers now a days are looking for instant gratification aka madden type game where they can finish a season in a day or two with little to no thought or more importantly planning involved.

You really need to use both of those skills in this game or you could end up in trouble. They then have little patients and leave to try it again in another league where they could end up rinse and repeating. Or even leaving the game all together in which this game wasn't for them. No worries there.

Sometimes I think a new gamer would learn more about the game if they were to just stick it out and figure ways to work themselves out of the trouble they got into vs jumping around from league to league. But of course this is just one scenario that comes to mind.
