This is a great time to get a team as you will be able to build it from scratch! If you don't want to wait for the draft, though, check to see if there is a team in an established league that you can take over.

Position Experience and Play Knowledge Tweaking

There have been a lot of conversations over the years about the importance of position experience and play knowledge, with some people taking the position it should be done away with, while some really enjoy the additional aspect to manage.

Proposal:
I'd like to propose that we change those two values from linear progression to logarithmic. Allow knowledge and experience to be gained much more quickly than it is now in the beginning, but actually make it harder to gain the last 10% or so.

Right now, I feel there is a barrier to trying out new plays/switch up plays on a weekly basic because of the learning curve. Also, it's still insane that kickers and punters take 4 years to get to full knowledge. I like that knowledge/experience make veterans more valuable, but I also think it could be a fun twist to have it be hard to get that last percentage point. Like the 10,000 hours to master something.
