Holding penalty on punt plays

In the NFL, when the punting team is called for holding during the kick, the 10 yard penalty is tacked on to the end of the run, fair catch or where the ball lands in or out of bounds. In MFN, the penalty is just taken and repunted or declined with no tack on yardage. 9 times outta 10 NFL coaches take the ball plus the ten yards. Just a suggestion
