Two Minute Drill

Down by two scores with minutes left and my offense inexplicably calls an endless series of short passes...

I can't even begin to make sense of this. It's truly ridiculous. 9 short passes in a row until the final play of the game with 5 seconds left and I finally call a single medium pass. I hate having to micro-manage every little detail of my gameplan with situational rules, especially for situations that are so absurdly obvious, but it's clear I have no choice.

Only if you want a semi-intelligent decision to be made.

I think it's been proven over and over that when the Ai gets the chance to make the decision, it's most likely going to make a bad one.

Not to mention, that we STILL don't even have the ability to have a real two-minute (or hurry-up) offense.

My strategy is to be up or down by so much that the two minute drill doesn't come into play!

Or just have a toggle/ slider let each gm apply these general rules without having to put in rules the regular way. Most nfl team play this way any way.
