Kickoff returns at a all time high?

I see this in the road map, but can PRs be looked at also? I like that neither are game changing but they are boring to say the least.

Long held Static blocking on krs are really stifling to how they happen unfold IRL. And pRs have little sense in general . ..Guys with high kick catch don't feild returnable ***** and or fumble them . I think I get longer returns on those fumbles than actual PRs . Punters nets are through the roof . Please make it harder for 8ffensive and defensive starters to play on these return teams.
