FB Lead Blocking Improvements

I'd really like to lobby hard for FBs to start having an impact on the game by actually leading the RB on their run. Currently this is what typically happens:

The FB is crossing the face of the play to block a deep secondary play on the opposite side of the field. This happens all the time where the FB either seems lost or locks in on someone far away from the where the hole is supposed to be on any given play. Ideally they should clear the gap the RB is supposed to hit, only locking in to block someone that's threatening to close the lane.

Can't make them TOO important .. we might have to start drafting them in the third round .. lol
