This is a great time to get a team as you will be able to build it from scratch! Do away with Position Coaches, please

Apparently they don't matter, personally I think they do. BUT if they don't can we just scrap them and have the HC sign who he wants, outside of OC and DC ? I just find the whole coaching salary time consuming and confusing, and unnecessary.

+1 .. I think in only 1 league Im paying PCs over a $1million.

If I may also tack on to this limiting cash flow for coaching contracts. $20 million per year HCs are ridiculous ... quick google tells me the highest is $8 million a year in the NFL (Payton/Carroll)
