There was, its in the help guide. I tried finding the other day to post in here. But it used to be %s HC=highest > Kickers coach=lowest. My feeling is that coaches other than the HC do make a difference.


According to JDB, other than the HC playbooks, they only make a difference in how quickly you see a player's potential. They don't impact what that potential is, just in how quickly you see what it will be.

They don't impact progress or in game performance.

They impact the rate at which the "current" value approaches the "max." They do not have any impact on the max value.

I used to as well. Apparently it's just how quickly you see the development, not actually how much a player will develop (up or down).
