Coaches Salaries

In a League I'm in the top 5 position coaches make 6+million, while head coaches actually are the lowest paid of the group. This is insanely unrealistic, if you try to offer a coordinator or position coach more money than the head coach, something has to happen.

This happens because people cannot poach your head coaches so those guys never get bid on for many seasons. It then becomes highly competitive for some of those guys to fill position coach slots and since there is no need for that money other than paying coaches it means people will pay whatever they feel like to those guys.
