This is a great time to get a team as you will be able to build it from scratch! If you don't want to wait for the draft, though, check to see if there is a team in an established league that you can take over.

Retired jerseys

We should be able to retire a jersey if that player did very well for us in their career or at least be able to take out the jersey in jersey numbers players can get for our team.

Its free to change a number. Just dont use a number. Besides, what happens when you leave a team? I am odd sort that i like my WRs and TEs wear numbers in the 80s .. If I pick up a team with too many retired 80s id be ticked.
