This league has just begun! Because this is a new league, it will be a few days before the allocation draft begins (the countdown timer above shows when the first pick will fire). This is a great time to get a team as you will be able to build it from scratch! If you don't want to wait for the draft, though, check to see if there is a team in an established league that you can take over.

NOTE: As of the last sim, this league was under the minimum 20% capacity. Invite your friends to join MyFootballNow to keep this league alive! Then send them to this league to become the owner of a team! The league will expire at 8/01/2025 8:00 am.

Good QB

What makes a good qb in this game? Is it a 50/50 chance that a qb plays good regardless of his attributes? I've seen qb's with great attributes and overall rating play like scrubs all year. I've seen qb's with lower attributes play like Tom Brady! Just curious what people look for in the Great Ones...

No matter how good your QB, if he has bad protection and/or poor receivers, he will not do well. Most QB's will be very successful throwing short passes. The better the QB, the better he will perform under pressure and the more accurate he will be on longer passes. His accuracy and strength attributes + pressure drive the standard deviation of the speed and flight path of the ball; if a poor QB gets favorable dice rolls he'll throw lots of accurate passes, but the lower the bars and the greater the pressure, the less likely the QB will be accurate. The randomization is calculated using a normal distribution, so there is a bell curve in the middle for the most accurate pass, it's just that the lower their ratings the wider that bell is.
