This league has just begun! Because this is a new league, it will be a few days before the allocation draft begins (the countdown timer above shows when the first pick will fire). This is a great time to get a team as you will be able to build it from scratch! If you don't want to wait for the draft, though, check to see if there is a team in an established league that you can take over.

NOTE: As of the last sim, this league was under the minimum 20% capacity. Invite your friends to join MyFootballNow to keep this league alive! Then send them to this league to become the owner of a team! The league will expire at 8/01/2025 8:00 am.

Rules vs Defensive gameplanning

I would like to make rules that dictate which formations my defense uses against specific offensive formations.

If i do that, would the run/pass keys from the defensive gameplanning have any effect? In short, does a rule trumph the selections made in the defensive gameplanning?

Thanks :)

Yes.

You set run/pass sliders in rules too.

You can set gameplanning sliders in the rules too, so you really aren't losing anything.

On the matrix sliders I have everything 100 neutral and use my rules to cover all defensive scenarios. In those rules, I change the run/pass ratios based on opponents play calling.
