This league has just begun! Because this is a new league, it will be a few days before the allocation draft begins (the countdown timer above shows when the first pick will fire). This is a great time to get a team as you will be able to build it from scratch! If you don't want to wait for the draft, though, check to see if there is a team in an established league that you can take over.

NOTE: As of the last sim, this league was under the minimum 20% capacity. Invite your friends to join MyFootballNow to keep this league alive! Then send them to this league to become the owner of a team! The league will expire at 8/01/2025 8:00 am.

How are new coaches generated?

Im curious maybe someone can answer. But how are new coaches generated into the world? Former players at all? Are they just free agents when these new coaches drop and available to the highest bidder?

Do coaches improve much at all?

They are generated like players, but are not former players (that is something that I would like to add at some point but is a much lower priority than many other things).

Coaches absolutely do progress and their progress should be a large part of your decision making. If you can find a young coach who is progressing upward, you may want to get him into the head coaching position for a long time.

Appreciate the response. How does a coaches position matter in their development? Like be it as. QB coach or as a HC? Does a position coach only improve their position also?

This link contains videos made by JDB and are helpful for players starting out. There's a video made on coaches and their impact on teams that should help answer your question!
