When a contract will end, and the manager want to extend it, is it IN REAL LIFE TOO as in the game?
If not - why is it like that in the game?? :)

The part where an extention make effect at the "OLD" season too. (I mean if make offer a week or so BEFORE the old season ends.)
The club can be out of free cap the "old" season but can have a lot NEXT season, and there are no more matches left in the old season,
So why wouldn't the NEW contract only make effect at NEXT season???

As it is now, the life as a manager become very unsurtain :) if have to wait until the player become Free Agent so anyone can bid at him...
