This is a great time to get a team as you will be able to build it from scratch! I feel ya. Recently had a tie game end when my team was past the 50 yard line and didn't use any timeouts - I was only yards away from a field goal try and 10-15 yards from a very makeable one.

you cant until either it is put in the rules or somewhere in the MISC options where we can decide our coach will call timeouts.
