Retiring Coaches

I've had a number of coaches retire from my team at relatively young ages. Is there any way to counteract this?

re-neg their contract, click on their name and a red contract box pops up

Retirement is purely a probability calculation, starting when the coach turns 50 (0% chance at 50 to a 100% chance at 70)
