Free Agency

I'm really confused. I looked at FAs yesterday in League 66 and there were no decent players (ie. No non kickers rated higher than 70). Imagine my surprise when I check out the league transactions today and there are a bunch of signings of good players.

The first off season of a new league is going to have a really dry free agency period.
