Are there Penalties for Subbing Positions

Are there any penalties for subbing OL or other positions regularly? (Has this been asked before? I don't remember seeing it.)

The reason that I'm asking is because I want to run my fatigue percentage really low during preseason. I'm thinking 25% the first game, 35% the second game, 40% the third game, and 50% the fourth game. I'm only going to play my starters for two quarters in games one, two, and maybe three. And then one quarter in game four. I think this will help me get everyone a chance to play, but I want to know if they are going to get hit with attribute penalties for subbing so frequently.
