USFL Opening

I will clear the dead cap for 3 of the 4 open teams with Oklahoma being the exception. That team doesn't need it cleared, the other 3 do. Normally I make new owners ask for that first.

The Michigan Panthers recently came open for new ownership. Preseason game 1 is tonight so come join one of the most competitive leagues in MFN.
