This is a great time to get a team as you will be able to build it from scratch! If you don't want to wait for the draft, though, check to see if there is a team in an established league that you can take over.

Not my league, but one that I joined to help stay alive and progressing this season, the Galactic Football League is still in need of new owners. It’s pretty quiet and casual, but several playoff caliber contenders are available as well as rebuilding projects and a lot of impressive effort was put into customizing the mascots in what seems like an original spin on an “expanse” like universe.
