I'd consider, but I don't see any posts in the league forums regarding any rules, etc.

I don't plan on being a part of any leagues in the future with owners that simply try to exploit this game's flaws every chance they get. I've joined a couple of leagues recently with owner who've agreed not to play MFN this way and it is MUCH more enjoyable.
