This is a great time to get a team as you will be able to build it from scratch! If you don't want to wait for the draft, though, check to see if there is a team in an established league that you can take over.

NFL League Now Has a Waiting List

I've decided to create a waiting list for my league. Every now and again a team does come up and rather than advertise in the matchmaker forum every time, I would prefer to have someone who genuinely wants in that I can contact right away for continuity of the team and league.
