Original Harlem League Division 1 needs help

basically that division has 2 teams that are 3-7 which madmen are and 2 teams that are 2-8 which steel men are

basically reason they need help one of them will win the division and the rate they are going at one of them is going to be worst record for a playoff team which is 6-10 if i am mistaken so please send help for these teams and thanks
