The draft is underway!

Click here to go to your war room, or visit the war room item in the draft menu.

This league has just begun! Because this is a new league, it will be a few days before the allocation draft begins (the countdown timer above shows when the first pick will fire). This is a great time to get a team as you will be able to build it from scratch! If you don't want to wait for the draft, though, check to see if there is a team in an established league that you can take over.

NOTE: As of the last sim, this league was under the minimum 20% capacity. Invite your friends to join MyFootballNow to keep this league alive! Then send them to this league to become the owner of a team! The league will expire at 8/01/2025 8:00 am.

OUT status and IR

i'm in the camp of if a player is at 0 health status in any given category, I place that player on IR.
Pros:
1:I can sign anyone from FA list.
2:I can deal with it next year.
3: I save cap this yr.
Cons:
1: if it's a full league such as mine, there's not a lot of talent (especially at wk 6 mid).
2: Next yr will still be the same cap cost for that player.
3: Next year's cap management if the FA turns out to be useful and not just a "patch" player.
4: Said player heals *mysteriously* quickly.

I *almost* always choose to put an "out" player on IR. My choice is always always rooted in "now" and not later. Zero and out - that players (leg neck arm etc) is broken like a Carr brother.

Anyway - I just would like other players to share how they handle Out/0 status and/or putting a player in IR.

I've never had 2 players on IR before and right now I do.
"Next player up."
