Impact of New HC on familiarity

searching forums was too cumbersome.
Acknowledging play familiarity is not the biggest deal - what is the impact of hiring a new HC on both team and individual player's play familiarity?
That's a mouthful :)

If the new head coach has the same playback as the old HC then no impact.

If the new head coach has a different playback then the old HC then it changes plays available which effects play familiarity
