Who needs draft picks?

All of my rookies in MFN-1 have busted; 3rd rounder gave me a magical 0/-18.

Taking him out the back and shooting him now.

That's what Smirt does. Makes sense if you get the right vets, he picks late in the 1st round and quite often that's a crapshoot with these mediocre draft classes.
