For a QB...it's all about timing, team and level of expectation...top picks are immediately under the gun while later picks get more rope.

Look at Sam Darnell...he was suppose to save the Jets...becomes a bust....traded to Carolina and off to a nice 3-0 start.

Brady is the penultimate example of opputunity and right team.

Josh Rosen was picked 10th overall and hasn't really gotten a fair shot since being Drafted while Josh Allen and Lamar Jackson went to good organizations and allowed to develop.

Now the Jets have another top pick and how much rope does he get or are the Jets taking yet another QB next season. The success of Darnell should bye him time in New York....right?
