Wildcard Tiebreaker Question

Chicago has the H2H over Carolina, but in Week 15, Chicago has already been eliminated from the playoffs.

In the NFL Chicago would still be in the hunt if Carolina were to lose so I was hoping someone could explain the tie breaker rules.

MFN has a standings glitch where it shows teams as eliminated when they are actually still alive.

They sort of follow real NFL tiebreakers but I think MFN puts net points ahead of common games. I tried to get a straight answer once from the game creator, and got a vague answer instead.

My team was shown in week 15 as having clinched a playoff spot only to be eliminated with a week 16 loss.
