Yes, you can, but you're not gonna score 100, it seems. As an experiment, someone in our league decided to answer the question for all of us about "can you still throw long passes" by having a game-plan of nothing but long passes. His team led our league in passing last year - playing normal football. This was just an experiment:

0.4.5 makes this more viable. I'm throwing mostly medium and long in 1 after taking over Baltimore three games ago.

To be fair I stuck him with 8 sacks in our final encounter last season - his line isn't exactly stellar.
