Well it was 4 wide quick outs...the first three were incomplete, the fourth one was complete for the TD :)

A tipped pass is incomplete until it hits the ground or an official. It is very possible to have a tipped pass be mentioned as "incomplete"...perhaps the game log is too far advanced :)

Maybe he juggled the ball for quite a while and the announcer kept calling it as he saw it. ????
