the league admin in High Octane League hasnt logged in since 09/05/18 ( https://new-age-nfl.myfootballnow.com/forums/1/180?page=1#201 ) , High Octane League has 18 openings and i think league has league approval from ADMIN on it


so league approval needs to go

The league does not have approval turned on, so people should be able to join the league without issue.
