Team liquidated

MFN 47 liquidated by system and i sent message to j baker. Had message that was over salary cap and if still over by first exhibition would automatically cut players. Our league championship game was just played and I have a decimated team. All my starters basically cut and random signings . 6 months of rebuilding down the crapper. Can this be re-set please?

Salary cap and roster limits are enforced at every game stage, even ones you do not play in. The key rule to remember is never enter a game stage over the cap or with too many players - 99.9% of the time you will be unhappy with what the AI has to do to get you back into compliance.
