League stuck on week 11 for several weeks

Am I doing something wrong or is the game just stuck? AFL has been stuck on week 11 since the beginning of August for some reason.

reason it was stuck like that is for a spin to happen for a league it needs at least 16 owners yet that one didnt have 16 owners yet 2 people have joined it so it should start spinning again.
