This is a great time to get a team as you will be able to build it from scratch! If you don't want to wait for the draft, though, check to see if there is a team in an established league that you can take over.

What do I have to do to change name and logo and color scheme?

Be in a custom or private league, pay credits for each change, and do it before the pre-season games start.

you can only customize up until training camp. once that spin hits you have to wait til the next season
